All decisions of the race director are final and binding on all participants.
Every runner must run with a torch or headlamp from 18:00 through to 06:00 in morning.

Every runner must run with a “blinky” red light from 18:00 through to 06:00 in morning.

Every runner must run with his race number clearly visible in front and whatever timing device we provide.

Every runner must have all the required equipment with him at all times.

Minimum age for Ultra Runners is 18.

No runner can be accompanied by any other runner not registered in the race, or be accompanied in any way or by any other means (bicycle, or any other vehicle). EXCEPT for the last leg along the sea front in Tel Aviv.

Here we encourage all runners to finish the last section with family and friends.

Ultra runners may meet family members and other supporters at specific points along the course that will be published nearer the time. Any runner meeting up with anyone or getting any outside help along the course not at specified points will be disqualified.

Cut off time for the 144km is 24 hours, cut off times along the route will be published nearer the time of the race.

Cut off time for the 72km is 12 hours, cut off times along the route will be published nearer the time of the race.
No litter can be dropped along the course, there will be trash bags at every station.

Ultra runners running 144 km will be allowed to leave a drop bag which they will deposit with the organizers no later than one hour before the start of the Ultra on the afternoon or evening of 16th April. This bag will be waiting for you at the 72km point at the Ishparo Modiin station, and then will be delivered to you at the finish.
